ebookers wanted to give their hiring managers the skills to make great recruitment choices, every time. As well as learning the theory of competency-based interviewing, ebookers wanted their staff to have a practical application of their skills using our professional actors in realistic simulations. We designed workshops specifically for ebookers which supported their brand identity and addressed their specific needs.

The training we delivered…

We held three workshops for different groups of hiring managers at ebookers. The training was conducted off-site so that attendees could focus on the training without distraction.

Each training day was divided into two halves. Simone covered the theory of competency-based interviewing in the morning, and Emma facilitated the practical session in the afternoon. During the role-plays Simone was on hand to observe and provide technical critique of the mock interviews. This critique ensured that attendees got maximum value from the simulations.
